Weekly Money Checkup

1. The most I’ve spent this last week was on groceries. I had to stock up on household items like paper towels, oxy clean, new foundation, etc. so I spent $103 on one trip. Besides that I didn't really spend any money other than on gas. I need more weeks like this.

2. Today I am thankful I do my work at home. I have no voice due to my allergies (happens twice a year) and I don't feel great. I have SO much that needs to be done but I think today it is not happening.

3. Money can’t buy happiness. One free thing I did last week that made me happy was have my husband rearrange my studio/craft room. He didn't want our full size bed so at the moment it is sitting in our dining room. Hopefully tomorrow I will have the room set back up and share some pictures. We also started cleaning our garage which makes me feel better about all the junk we have accumulated.

4. I will consider this week a success if I get 8 pairs of pants altered (my job), get fabric cut out for two quilts (also work), rewrite my list of jewelry to make and have packed by October 14th in preparation for my show the 22nd.

.
5. I like wild flowers because all the colors make me smile. During the winter months I usually buy flowers at least once a month to brighten up the house.

Hope you are having an allergy free day!!!!
