Picture Show and Tell

I am waiting on some supplies to finish some pieces for another wedding, so I have been working on a few other projects and obviously trying to stay away from the computer. Here is a Pink Coral, Turquoise, and Sterling bracelet and dangle earrings. I also included a sunglass case I made yesterday since my sunglasses are so scratched up.Land and Sea Dangle Earrings

Show and Tell: Uno Turquoise

Well I spent most of yesterday tagging all of my new pieces and planting a few new plants on the patio. I have 1 new piece that I thought I would share.

A few of my numerous plants on the back patio. I went a little crazy since they wont die here. Phoenix was so hot I couldn't have any outside. Unfortunately a lot of my fun pots were stolen down there :(
I might have a few new pieces tomorrow but I am focusing on my dresser. Tomorrow is the final coat of poly on the dresser top! Yeah! I finally will be able to put my clothes away, but then its on to Colin's chest of drawers. I am hoping to have them done before July 1st.

Gemstone Rainbow

Thought I would share this before tomorrow morning since I am working on several other new pieces that I will share later. This necklace, bracelet, and earring set is composed of various colors of Natural Pearls, Aragonite, Amethyst, Adventurine, Peridot, Amber, Crystal Quartz, Carnelian, and Turquoise. Enjoy!

Chocolate Explosion

Well there was a lot of glass involved in that other than the chocolate. Sunday nights I normally make a big meal so Colin has leftovers for a few days for lunch. He normally is a big help but last night not so much. I decided that brownies would be nice to have, when I pulled them out of the oven I set them on the top of the stove (that's where normal people put hot things, at least I thought) Colin after helping me had accidentally left the burner on, the burner where I just happened to set the brownies. Needless to say they sat there for maybe 10 minutes when I could smell the burning. I went into the kitchen just in time to have the entire Pyrex glass dish explode at me. No cuts but I am really glad I was wearing my glasses last night. My kitchen rug is ruined, you cant get glass out of it when shards are melted in with chocolate. Gurrrr is all I can say! I wish I had taken a picture now that I am not so angry, it was awful!

On a happy note I am very close to having my goal done with my jewelry. Here are a few pictures of what I got accomplished this weekend. Since there are so many pictures here are just a few of the combinations shown: Leather and Rose Quartz (pale pink), Black Jade and Turquoise (sterling flower), Sodalite with sterling fish's, Carnelian and Amethyst (these are carved), Rhodonite-Black Jade and a Lava Rock Pendant, Snowflake Obsidian with a fun clasp (pictured in front), another Snowflake Obsidian with sterling teardrops, and Turquoise with sterling beads (I took a closeup since they are so fun looking).

Most of these have coordinating bracelets as well that may be sold separately or with the necklace as a set. I thought I had enough pictures for the day though.

Enjoy Your Week!

Pictures are the Best!

Well I made true of my sleeping wish....the house is suffering though because of it. Thought that I would share a few pictures of my productive last few days.

Here are a ton of button bracelets laid out ready to be made, and a garnet set of necklace-bracelet-earrings. This picture doesn't do the earrings and charm justice. Let me know if you want better pictures.
I also finished a Sodalite set including a necklace and bracelet, and while I was in the process I made several earring choices. To the right is a sterling chain with Leopardskin Jasper dangling away.

Here is a 3 strand Red Coral Necklace, each strand is a different type bead. Amethyst and Pearls (I have coordinating earrings). And last but not least a double stranded Turquoise necklace and bracelet set.

I should be busy the next few days with a few new goodies for the Jewelry Party.
